Key insights

Company research notes and source-linked reviews

Key risks

Valuation elevated: PE ratio 55.71 implies earnings growth must sustain to justify price; verify if growth trajectory can be maintained
Capital efficiency low: ROE 5.85% suggests weak returns on deployed equity despite high profitability margins
Leverage high: D/E ratio 4.65 limits financial flexibility and amplifies downside risk in a credit downturn
Shareholding concentration declining: promoter stake fell 4.91 percentage points (63.93% to 59.02%) in three months; verify reason and impact on governance

Growth drivers

Revenue expansion: ₹1,542 Cr (Sep 2025) to ₹2,337 Cr (Jun 2026) represents 51% growth in three quarters
Operating margin expansion: OPM rose from 49.19% to 58.34% — verify whether this reflects yield strength or cost discipline, as both imply different sustainability
Earnings leverage: net profit grew 315% (₹74 Cr to ₹308 Cr) in same period, ahead of revenue growth due to margin expansion
EPS acceleration: ₹0.95 to ₹3.55 in three quarters (274% growth) — verify if share dilution from capital raises has offset earning-per-share growth

Bulk deals are a client trading over 0.5% of the equity in a session, aggregated across their trades; block deals are single negotiated trades in the exchange’s block window. Each is reported by the exchange it was crossed on, so NSE and BSE rows are separate trades rather than the same trade twice.
