Key insights

Company research notes and source-linked reviews

Key risks

Operating margins of 88.2% are unusually high for an NBFC; verify whether this reflects niche, high-margin lending or if lower-volume segments mask concentration risk in customer or product mix
Revenue jumped from ₹595–605 Cr (Sep 2025) to ₹1,448–1,469 Cr (Jun 2026), while net profit swung from ₹764–767 Cr to ₹1,108–1,114 Cr; confirm the source and repeatability of this acceleration
Negative 1-year return (−1.53%) despite a PE of 13.39 and ROE of 13.13% suggests investor concerns about growth sustainability or near-term headwinds not visible in current earnings
Promoter holding at 68.81% is concentrated; verify pledge levels, regulatory capital constraints, or promotional actions that may affect liquidity

Growth drivers

Revenue jumped from ₹595–605 Cr in Sep 2025 to ₹1,448–1,469 Cr in Jun 2026; verify whether this reflects new lending segments, partnerships, or a one-time large transaction and if operating margins hold at scale
Bonus issued in Jan 2026 and regular dividends (May 2025, Mar 2025) indicate sustained cash generation; assess whether free cash flow supports dividend growth or enables reinvestment
Debt-to-equity of 0.23 is conservative for an NBFC; verify whether headroom to increase leverage, if demand warrants, enables AUM and revenue expansion

Bulk deals are a client trading over 0.5% of the equity in a session, aggregated across their trades; block deals are single negotiated trades in the exchange’s block window. Each is reported by the exchange it was crossed on, so NSE and BSE rows are separate trades rather than the same trade twice.
