Key insights

Company research notes and source-linked reviews

Key risks

Revenue and EPS volatile (−₹7.15 to +₹15.99 Cr, −₹13.31 to +₹16.6 EPS); Dec 2018 loss (−₹12.41 Cr profit) unexplained—verify cause and recurrence risk.
Operating margin 100.88% is unsustainably high. Verify actual costs, business mix; margin may reflect accounting artifact, not genuine model.
Micro-cap (₹194.79 Cr) limits capital-raising and shock absorption. Verify RBI capital ratios, funding sources, liquidity buffers.
Zero institutional ownership (0% FII/DII) despite public listing. Verify governance, disclosure quality; may signal operational or governance concerns.

Growth drivers

Revenue grew 3× from ₹5.28 Cr (Jun 2017) to ₹15.99 Cr (Mar 2019); verify post-2019 trajectory and source (new segments, geographies, customer concentration).
Operating margin improved from 92.35% (Jun 2017) to 103.91% (Mar 2019); verify cost drivers and sustainability against competitive pressure.
One-year share return 21.9% suggests investor confidence; verify if driven by operational recovery post-2018 loss or sector tailwinds.

Bulk deals are a client trading over 0.5% of the equity in a session, aggregated across their trades; block deals are single negotiated trades in the exchange’s block window. Each is reported by the exchange it was crossed on, so NSE and BSE rows are separate trades rather than the same trade twice.
