Key insights

Company research notes and source-linked reviews

Key risks

Operating margin compression: OPM fell from 18.25% (Sep 2025) to 13.28% (Jun 2026), a 500 bps decline in nine months. Verify whether this reflects input cost inflation, pricing pressure, or capacity underutilization.
Earnings squeeze: EPS declined from 29.36 (Sep 2025) to 20.65 (Jun 2026), a 30% drop in nine months. Verify whether margin pressure is cyclical or reflects structural competitive challenges.
Cyclicality exposure: auto components demand is tied to OEM production cycles. Verify visibility of order book and OEM customer guidance for upcoming quarters.
Competitive cost pressure: verify customer concentration, contract renewal terms, and ability to pass through input-cost increases to OEMs.

Growth drivers

Margin recovery: operating margin fell from 18.25% (Sep 2025) to 13.28% (Jun 2026), eroding profitability. If recent cost pressures (input inflation, commodity costs) reverse or pricing power improves, normalization would drive earnings growth. Verify cost structure and customer contract terms.
Automotive production demand: auto components revenue is directly tied to OEM vehicle production volumes. Verify order book, customer production guidance, and industry cycle outlook to assess revenue opportunity.
Balance sheet optionality: D/E of 0.09 provides capacity for strategic capex, R&D, or consolidation moves to improve competitiveness or margin profile. Verify management's capital allocation plans.

Bulk deals are a client trading over 0.5% of the equity in a session, aggregated across their trades; block deals are single negotiated trades in the exchange’s block window. Each is reported by the exchange it was crossed on, so NSE and BSE rows are separate trades rather than the same trade twice.
