Key risks

Revenue collapse and recovery: Quarterly revenue fell 67% from ₹45.3 Cr (Sep 2024) to ₹14.87 Cr (Dec 2024), then recovered to ₹72.54 Cr (Jun 2026). Verify the driver and sustainability.

Minimal institutional presence: FII and DII holdings near zero (0.06% and 0% respectively) may signal limited analyst coverage or liquidity concerns; verify trading volume and research availability.
NBFC sector headwinds: Rising rates, regulatory capital requirements, NPA stress, and liquidity tightening can impact NBFCs disproportionately; verify the company's exposure and capital adequacy.

Bulk deals are a client trading over 0.5% of the equity in a session, aggregated across their trades; block deals are single negotiated trades in the exchange’s block window. Each is reported by the exchange it was crossed on, so NSE and BSE rows are separate trades rather than the same trade twice.
