Key insights

Company research notes and source-linked reviews

Key risks

Profitability volatility: net loss of ₹50.09 Cr (Dec 2025) followed by recovery to ₹61.92 Cr (Jun 2026); verify whether the loss was a one-time issue or signals structural challenges.

Operating margin compression from 12.41% (Dec 2025) to 8.57% (Mar 2026) and 9.09% (Jun 2026); verify whether input costs, pricing power, or capacity utilization are the drivers.

High valuation at PE 60.93 with flat revenue growth (₹860–971 Cr quarterly range); limited room for earnings disappointment.

Cyclical exposure: as an industrial inputs supplier, demand is tied to capex and utilization in manufacturing; verify current capital investment trends.

Bulk deals are a client trading over 0.5% of the equity in a session, aggregated across their trades; block deals are single negotiated trades in the exchange’s block window. Each is reported by the exchange it was crossed on, so NSE and BSE rows are separate trades rather than the same trade twice.
