Key insights

Company research notes and source-linked reviews

Key risks

PE 104.85 vs ROE 5.24%—valuation exceptionally steep for current profitability; verify earnings growth justifies multiple.

Profit crashes hard: consolidated segment lost ₹40 Cr in Mar 2026 while standalone turned ₹122 Cr profit same quarter; clarify what triggered operational stress.

OPM swings 9.47–17.53% across recent quarters. Cyclical exposure to industrial capex or execution inconsistency—verify which, and exposure severity.

Capital trapped: D/E 0.08 + ROE 5.24% means strong balance sheet deploying capital poorly; what capex or M&A plan aims to fix this?

Growth drivers

Standalone segment hit 16.45% OPM (Mar 2026) and 14.72% (Jun 2026) vs 11.12% average, showing operational upside when execution clicks—verify if sustainable or one-off.

1y return 34.56% suggests market confidence; verify if driven by sectoral demand recovery, market-share gains, or pricing.

Four dividends in 18 months signals cash generation; verify payout ratio and whether payouts survive earnings dips like Mar 2026.

Low leverage (D/E 0.08) in industrial-capex-linked sector means dry powder for orders surge; verify manufacturer capex trends and order pipeline.
