Key insights

Company research notes and source-linked reviews

Key risks

Revenue collapse over five quarters: ₹22.48 Cr (Jun 2024) to ₹0.1 Cr (Mar 2026), with three quarters n/a. Operational disruption or market exit is unclear; verify cause and likelihood of restart.
Operating margin swung negative: -320% OPM (Mar 2026) vs +4.03% (Mar 2025). Reported net profit (₹1.17 Cr) on ₹0.1 Cr revenue suggests one-time gains; underlying sustainability in question.
Minimal institutional ownership: FII 0.05%, DII 0.16%. Constrains liquidity and analyst coverage, raising information asymmetry.
Packaged staples sector exposure: raw material volatility, scale disadvantage vs FMCG majors, distribution constraints. Verify company-specific competitive positioning.

Growth drivers

Revenue stabilization from ₹0.1 Cr (Mar 2026): five-quarter collapse from ₹22.48 Cr (Jun 2024) is the primary constraint. Resumption to prior run-rate would unlock significant profit; verify operational cause and turnaround timeline.
Operating margin recovery: OPM fell to -320% (Mar 2026) from +4.03% (Mar 2025). Return to prior positive margins would significantly expand profit; verify whether cost spike is structural or temporary.
Debt-free reinvestment capacity: zero debt (D/E = 0) ensures no interest drag on cash flow. If revenue restarts, verify whether management plans reinvestment in working capital, distribution, or brand.

Bulk deals are a client trading over 0.5% of the equity in a session, aggregated across their trades; block deals are single negotiated trades in the exchange’s block window. Each is reported by the exchange it was crossed on, so NSE and BSE rows are separate trades rather than the same trade twice.
