Margin compression in latest quarter: OPM dropped to 54.92% (Jun 2026) from 57.54% (Mar 2026) — verify if cost inflation, competition, or portfolio mix drove this
D/E ratio not disclosed (n/a) — critical leverage metric missing for assessing NBFC borrowing structure and solvency
Zero promoter holding is unusual for Indian NBFCs — verify ownership structure and what prompted this capital base

Growth drivers

Revenue grew 26% from ₹606.27 Cr (Sep 2025) to ₹767.5 Cr (Jun 2026) — verify if growth came from loan volume, ticket size, or new product/market expansion
Operating margins sustained at 50–58% across all eight quarters — verify if pricing power reflects low credit losses or can withstand rising competition
Consistent net profit of ₹95–140 Cr quarterly builds capital; PE of 10.35 and 1y return of 23.62% suggest market sees value — verify if earnings growth expectations justify valuation
ROE of 11.08% on ₹4,546 Cr capital base — verify capital deployment strategy and whether higher-return asset classes are being targeted
