Key insights

Company research notes and source-linked reviews

Key risks

High leverage: debt-to-equity of 3.88 amplifies sensitivity to credit losses or funding shocks in a lending business
Operating margin variability: OPM has ranged from 79.68% to 86.63% in recent quarters; verify whether rising costs or credit-provision requirements are pressuring returns
Asset-quality metrics (NPL ratio, provision coverage) are not visible; verify credit health given the leverage and margin volatility
Regulatory risk: RBI actions on NBFC liquidity or capital requirements directly impact profitability and asset-growth capacity
