Key insights

Company research notes and source-linked reviews

Key risks

Operating margins deeply negative at -3.82% company-wide and negative in three of four recent quarters (Dec 2025 low of -8.48%, Jun 2026 only -0.14%)—cost structure misaligned with revenue.

Earnings highly volatile and recently negative: net loss of ₹9.85 Cr in Dec 2025; EPS ranged from -₹0.48 to ₹1.02 in four quarters, making forward profitability unreliable.

Stock declined 30.3% over one year despite ₹400 Cr quarterly revenue stability—verify underlying demand and competitive pressures in textiles sector.

Valuation premium unjustified: PE of 117.01 on EPS of ₹0.34 prices recovery not yet evidenced in operating performance.

Growth drivers

Operating margin recovery from -8.48% (Dec 2025) to -0.14% (Jun 2026) approaches break-even; if sustained, ₹400 Cr quarterly revenue base converts to material earnings—verify cost structure fixes and sustainability

Quarterly revenue stable around ₹400 Cr (Jun ₹410.8 Cr, Mar ₹395.84 Cr) shows business continuity; earnings scale directly with margin recovery from -3.82% company OPM—verify margin drivers

Zero debt (D/E = 0) enables investment in modernization if margin recovery continues and market supports expansion—verify capex pipeline

Dividend payments in recent events (2026, 2025, 2024) signal cash generation; verify if sustainable or cannibalizing reserves given negative recent quarters
