Key insights

Company research notes and source-linked reviews

Key risks

Standalone operating margins swing sharply between 8.71% and 53.17% across recent quarters, indicating seasonal concentration or operational lumpiness; the Dec 2025 standalone OPM of 8.71% on ₹2,283.6 Cr revenue suggests profitability weakness that warrants investigation against product mix and one-time items.
High valuation at PE 25.09 leaves limited margin of safety; quarterly EPS volatility (₹2.95–₹17.11) means earnings misses could compress the multiple sharply.
Consolidated margins of 24–34% OPM mask underlying standalone volatility; verify whether margin stability reflects seasonal product mix, subsidiary contribution shifts, or external headwinds.
Generic pharma sector faces endemic pricing pressure in core markets (US, Europe, India); verify pricing trends, competitive win rates and volume momentum to assess revenue sustainability.

Growth drivers

ROE of 19.74% indicates capital is deployed efficiently to generate returns, providing capacity for organic growth or acquisition-led expansion.
Consolidated operating margins spanning 24–34% OPM provide profitability cushion to invest in market access, R&D or geographic expansion without margin compression.
Recent dividend and buyback authorizations (Jul 2026, May 2026) signal management confidence in earnings stability and cash generation, freeing capital from dividend pressure for growth deployment.
Diversified revenue streams shown by consolidated revenues (₹6,000–8,000 Cr) substantially exceeding standalone revenues (₹2,300–3,700 Cr) indicate subsidiary portfolio; verify organic growth and consolidation strategy by segment.

Bulk deals are a client trading over 0.5% of the equity in a session, aggregated across their trades; block deals are single negotiated trades in the exchange’s block window. Each is reported by the exchange it was crossed on, so NSE and BSE rows are separate trades rather than the same trade twice.
