Key insights

Company research notes and source-linked reviews

Key risks

ROE of 9.94% suggests capital is not generating competitive returns relative to typical pharma benchmarks — verify if this reflects transitional investments or structural capital efficiency issues.
Consolidated operating margin of 19.8–20.56% over recent quarters leaves limited buffer against input-cost inflation or pricing pressure — verify vulnerability to commodity or FX shocks.
PE of 25.38 implies market is pricing in growth; a miss on revenue or earnings would correct sharply, especially given 1y rally of 51.65% from lower base.
Standalone quarterly revenue flat at ₹2,750–₹2,800 Cr despite consolidated growth — verify whether standalone segment is mature or facing headwinds.

Growth drivers

Consolidated revenue grew from ₹8,285.7 Cr (Sep 2025) to ₹9,150.35 Cr (Jun 2026) — verify whether this ~10% growth trajectory is sustained in coming quarters.
Standalone operating margin reached 31.51% in Jun 2026, above the recent 25–30% range; if this spread to consolidated operations, profit growth would exceed revenue growth — verify drivers and repeatability.
Buyback announced Apr 2026 reduces share count, generating EPS accretion independent of revenue growth — verify amount and timeline.
Recent dividend and buyback activity indicates strong free cash flow generation — verify if this scales with revenue growth or if reinvestment in capacity is constrained.
