Key insights

Company research notes and source-linked reviews

Key risks

Continuous net losses (₹-6 to ₹-10 Cr per quarter) with negative EPS (₹-0.93 to ₹-1.47), questioning business viability and value creation.

High debt-to-equity at 3.3 amplifies financial distress during loss-making periods; verify debt covenant compliance and refinancing risk.

Operating margins volatile (ranged -10.73% to 9.09% across four quarters); verify whether recent improvement to ~9% reflects sustainable cost control or one-time items.

Stock declined 24.36% over one year with 52-week range ₹163–₹371, indicating market skepticism about sector or company fundamentals.

Growth drivers

Operating margin recovered from -10.73% (Jun 2025) to 8.99% (Mar 2026); verify whether improvement reflects cost discipline, price realization, or operational changes.

Quarterly revenue stable ₹70–110 Cr range signals retained customers; growth hinges on construction vehicle end-market expansion—verify sector capex cycles.

Recent rights issue (Mar 2026) raised capital; verify whether capex plans exist for expansion or proceeds sustain operations through losses.

Thin historical margins (1.37% average) now ~9% offer operating leverage if revenues scale; verify construction equipment demand outlook in India.
