Key insights

Company research notes and source-linked reviews

Key risks

Valuation premium: PE of 48.66 is substantially higher than ROE of 17.26%; verify whether management guidance on earnings growth justifies the multiple or if reset risk exists

Stock underperformance: −4.1% return over 1 year despite consistent profitability signals investor skepticism; verify whether concerns are cyclical headwinds, valuation misalignment, or execution risk

Margin volatility: quarterly OPM swings from 17.3% to 23.7% indicate sensitivity to input costs or demand shifts; verify drivers and sustainability of higher-margin quarters

Concentrated shareholding: 75% promoter and 12.65% public float with minimal FII participation (3%) limits governance independence and capital-raise flexibility

Growth drivers

Quarterly revenue peaks of ₹914–₹1,063 Cr in Sep–Jun versus ₹551–₹684 Cr in Dec–Mar: verify whether this range represents structural demand expansion or seasonal normalization

Zero debt and 17.26% ROE provide balance-sheet flexibility for reinvestment; verify management capital-allocation priorities given concurrent dividend payments (2024, 2025, 2026)

Sustained operating margins of 17–24% OPM across quarters: verify if improvement is driven by volume, pricing, or product mix, and whether gains are durable or cyclical

Bulk deals are a client trading over 0.5% of the equity in a session, aggregated across their trades; block deals are single negotiated trades in the exchange’s block window. Each is reported by the exchange it was crossed on, so NSE and BSE rows are separate trades rather than the same trade twice.
