Key insights

Company research notes and source-linked reviews

Key risks

Profitability collapse: losses of ₹10.11 Cr (Jun 2026) and ₹1.49 Cr (Dec 2025); operating margins fell from 15.26% (Mar 2025) to 6.31% (Jun 2026), wiping out recent profitable run
High leverage during earnings stress: D/E ratio of 2.25 with negative earnings in recent quarters creates refinancing and covenant risk; verify debt maturity profile and headroom
Valuation at PE of 186.55 reflects an extremely loss-burdened quarterly EPS of –₹6.51; verify whether Jun 2026 represents a temporary cyclical trough or signals structural deterioration in demand or cost structure
Earnings volatility over the past year (net profit range –₹10.11 to +₹3.84 Cr) with quarterly revenue swings between ₹72–119 Cr; verify customer concentration and order-book visibility

Growth drivers

Margin recovery potential: operating margins fell from 15.26% (Mar 2025) to 6.31% (Jun 2026); recovery to 12-13% would generate substantial profitability on the current ₹75+ Cr quarterly revenue base; verify root causes of compression and reversibility
Revenue stabilization: Mar 2026 achieved ₹119 Cr quarterly revenue (annualized ₹475 Cr); stabilization even at 60% of that level would provide material volume base for profitability; verify near-term order visibility and contract pipeline
Verify demand-cycle timing in core end-markets that consume castings and forgings (automotive, machinery, infrastructure); recovery in capex cycles across these sectors could drive volume growth

Bulk deals are a client trading over 0.5% of the equity in a session, aggregated across their trades; block deals are single negotiated trades in the exchange’s block window. Each is reported by the exchange it was crossed on, so NSE and BSE rows are separate trades rather than the same trade twice.
