Key insights

Company research notes and source-linked reviews

Key risks

Profitability declining: net profit fell from ₹3.77 Cr (Sep 2017) to ₹2.33 Cr (Mar 2019); operating margins compressed from 75.15% to 66.75%; verify what is driving this deterioration and if it is cyclical or structural
High financial leverage with D/E ratio 3.6; for an investment company, verify portfolio asset quality, concentration risk, and credit cycle exposure
ROE is not disclosed, preventing assessment of actual shareholder returns; verify if returns are competitive within the sector
Stock down 38.61% in 1y; verify if this reflects company-specific deterioration or broader finance sector headwinds

Generated analysis · source review pending

Growth drivers

Revenue declined from ₹44.88 Cr (Mar 2018) to ₹43.03 Cr (Mar 2019) but margins at 68.8% provide leverage; if AUM stabilizes and grows, profit would expand faster than revenue; verify what drove the decline
Operating margins at 68.8% persist despite revenue contraction; verify if cost structure is primarily fixed (enabling margin expansion at higher revenue) or proportionally variable
Consistent profitability and annual dividend payments continue, indicating underlying cash generation; verify if retained capital is deployed toward AUM expansion or new products
Debt-to-equity of 3.6 reflects existing leverage; verify capital deployment strategy and whether management plans growth investments in portfolio or new product lines
