Company research notes and source-linked reviews

Key risks

Interest rate exposure: D/E 7.62 highly leverages company to funding cost increases and spread compression. Verify funding mix, rates, hedging strategies.
Margin compression vulnerability: OPM at 97.24% leaves minimal cushion; small net interest margin deterioration could significantly reduce profits.
Power sector dependency: Earnings tied to power capex cycles and government policy. Verify NPA trends, sector composition, capex outlook.
Market disconnect: 1Y return −8.06% despite PE 4.76 (low) suggests market concerns. Verify reasons for valuation discount and competitive threats.

Growth drivers

Loan book expansion: Annual revenue ₹29k Cr with quarterly profit ₹4.5–6.3k Cr; expanding loan portfolio while maintaining OPM 93–105% drives profit growth.
Margin stability: OPM consistently 93–105% quarterly shows operational resilience; loan book growth directly translates to profit growth if margins hold.
Capital efficiency: ROE 20.67% indicates strong capital deployment; if loan portfolio funded via leverage while maintaining returns, shareholder value compounds.
Power infrastructure financing: Company finances power sector; growth depends on capex in generation, transmission, distribution, renewables. Verify government capex plans and renewable energy financing demand.
