Key insights

Company research notes and source-linked reviews

Key risks

PE 93.08 extreme; verify recent results (2026-08-05) justify multiple — earnings volatility (Jun 2020 loss ₹0.68 Cr, recovery to ₹1.2 Cr profit Mar 2021) demands clarity on sustainability

Operating margin fell 4.6 pp from Mar 2021 peak (14.7% → 10.07%); test whether compression reflects input costs, competition, or structural headwind

Zero institutional money (FII 0%, DII 0.01%); illiquidity and minimal analyst coverage increase valuation disconnection and exit difficulty

Small ₹152 Cr market cap constrains capital access and competitive scale in fragmented industrial products industry

Growth drivers

ROE 33.21% signals high-return capital deployment; verify if low debt (D/E 0.07) enables capex acceleration or if earnings sustain returns

Recovered from Jun 2020 loss to ₹1.2 Cr profit (Mar 2021); test if cycle recovery extends or near-term reversal risk

Paid dividends 2022–2025 despite small scale; cash generation signal — verify recent results show earnings supporting distributions

Minimal debt (D/E 0.07) provides financial flexibility for growth capex or M&A in consolidating industry

Bulk deals are a client trading over 0.5% of the equity in a session, aggregated across their trades; block deals are single negotiated trades in the exchange’s block window. Each is reported by the exchange it was crossed on, so NSE and BSE rows are separate trades rather than the same trade twice.
