Key insights

Company research notes and source-linked reviews

Key risks

Operating margin collapsed from 12.91% (Mar 2026) to 7.71% (Jun 2026)—a 510-basis-point drop in one quarter signals acute cost or competitive pressure.

EPS halved from 1.96 (Mar 2026) to 0.86 (Jun 2026) despite flat revenue, indicating operational distress independent of scale.

PE of 18.5× appears stretched against 13.3% ROE; 24% 1-year return decline suggests investors view margin pressure as structural, not cyclical.

Stationery is commoditized; verify Linc's pricing power, cost recovery options, and exposure to digital substitution in key customer channels.

Growth drivers

Operating margin recovery: current 7.71% (Jun 2026) versus 10.96% historical average; recovery to prior levels would yield significant EPS uplift without volume growth—verify what is driving current compression.
Low debt (D/E 0.02) preserves financial flexibility for investment in margin-accretive initiatives or category/geographic expansion.
Stable quarterly revenue ₹125–139 Cr over recent quarters demonstrates established market presence; verify whether category demand is growing, flat, or declining and whether Linc is gaining or losing share.

Bulk deals are a client trading over 0.5% of the equity in a session, aggregated across their trades; block deals are single negotiated trades in the exchange’s block window. Each is reported by the exchange it was crossed on, so NSE and BSE rows are separate trades rather than the same trade twice.
