Key insights

Company research notes and source-linked reviews

Key risks

Valuation multiple of 109.94 PE is exceptionally high — verify whether 30% revenue growth over 22 months (₹274 Cr to ₹357 Cr) justifies premium to healthcare sector peers
Earnings anomaly: EPS collapsed to ₹0 in Mar 2025 from ₹47.68 in Mar 2024 — identify cause and assess quality of earnings recognition going forward
Institutional participation very low (FII 1.25%, DII 4.25%) alongside high PE suggests retail concentration — verify liquidity profile and valuation disconnect
Geographic concentration risk — verify whether single facility or multi-location network and exposure to regional economic cycles in Coimbatore market

Growth drivers

Revenue expanded from ₹274.61 Cr (Jun 2023) to ₹356.98 Cr (Mar 2025) — verify whether growth trajectory continues and underlying drivers (occupancy, pricing, new services)
Operating margins stable at 27-30% demonstrate operational efficiency — verify whether further margin expansion or volume-driven earnings growth is achievable
Strong cash generation (net profit ₹50-57 Cr quarterly) supporting regular dividends — growth investments would require capital reallocation; verify strategic priorities
Coimbatore-based regional healthcare operator — verify market demand, competitive intensity, and scope for organic or inorganic expansion

Bulk deals are a client trading over 0.5% of the equity in a session, aggregated across their trades; block deals are single negotiated trades in the exchange’s block window. Each is reported by the exchange it was crossed on, so NSE and BSE rows are separate trades rather than the same trade twice.
