Company research notes and source-linked reviews

Key risks

Operating margin contracted 47% from 7.6% (Sep 2025) to 4.02% (Jun 2026)—investigate whether commodity prices, input-cost inflation, or operational factors drove the decline

Quarterly net profit fell ₹54 Cr (43%) from Dec 2025 peak (₹126.9 Cr) to Jun 2026 (₹72.7 Cr) despite stable revenue; verify whether compression is cyclical or structural

PE ratio of 27.94 is elevated; confirm whether market pricing reflects margin recovery that management commentary supports

Recycling operations expose the company to metals-price volatility; verify hedging practices and whether customer contracts enable pass-through of input-cost changes

Growth drivers

ROE of 22.56% demonstrates capital efficiency; reinvested earnings at this return rate can compound shareholder value

Revenue remained stable at ₹2.0–3.1 Cr per quarter across cycles; verify whether organic volume growth or pricing power can recover lost margins

Operating margin of 7.6% (Sep 2025) versus 4.02% (Jun 2026) is recent deterioration; identify whether compression is cyclical and what could trigger recovery

D/E ratio of 0.81 provides debt capacity for capex or acquisitions if management pursues capacity expansion or bolt-on growth

Bulk deals are a client trading over 0.5% of the equity in a session, aggregated across their trades; block deals are single negotiated trades in the exchange’s block window. Each is reported by the exchange it was crossed on, so NSE and BSE rows are separate trades rather than the same trade twice.
