Key insights

Company research notes and source-linked reviews

Key risks

Persistent losses: seven of eight recent quarters show net losses on standalone basis (largest: -₹51.11 Cr in Sep 2025), with negative ROE of -3.3%.
Margin volatility from -0.91% (Sep 2025) to 16.49% (Mar 2026)—clarify whether these swings reflect seasonal advertising cycles, one-time charges, or structural operational weakness.
No meaningful earnings (PE n/a) and negative EPS across recent quarters (range -₹2.21 to -₹0.17); no dividends since 2019 indicate cash drain rather than generation.
Print media industry headwinds: verify advertiser spending trends, print circulation trajectory, and competitive intensity in regional Indian markets.

Growth drivers

One profitable quarter (Jun 2026: ₹43.51 Cr net profit) demonstrates profitability is achievable; sustained recovery would reverse negative EPS trend.
Stable consolidated revenue base of ₹400–500 Cr per quarter provides foundation; cost structure right-sizing could unlock profit at current revenue.
Digital transformation or revenue diversification—publishers facing print advertising pressure typically explore subscriptions, digital newsroom, and content licensing; verify if company is pursuing these.
Cost reduction opportunity evident in 7.23% overall OPM—identify which expense lines (production, distribution, overhead) are primary margin drags.

Bulk deals are a client trading over 0.5% of the equity in a session, aggregated across their trades; block deals are single negotiated trades in the exchange’s block window. Each is reported by the exchange it was crossed on, so NSE and BSE rows are separate trades rather than the same trade twice.
