Key insights

Company research notes and source-linked reviews

Key risks

Revenue collapse: from ₹1.88 Cr (Mar 2024) to near-zero (Jun 2025) — verify whether this reflects temporary suspension, permanent exit, or restructuring

Operating margins deeply negative at -139.11%; costs far exceed revenue, structurally unsustainable without operational turnaround

Stock down 35.69% in 1 year with PE 26.28 despite near-zero revenue — suggests market loss of confidence or valuation disconnect

Minimal institutional presence (FII 0.02%, DII 2.14%) and 52-week volatility (₹10.36–₹24.52) indicate low credibility and potential liquidity risk

Growth drivers

Revenue recovery: currently near-zero after collapse from ₹1.88 Cr; verify company's manufacturing status and product roadmap

Verify: EV positioning and strategy in Indian auto sector transition — relevance if ICE demand declines

Zero debt (D/E 0) provides capital flexibility for operational restart or strategic pivot; verify management's capital allocation intent

Profitable on net basis (₹4.16 Cr Jun 2025) despite minimal revenue, indicating investment income or financial reserves; verify sustainability
