Key risks

Operating margin volatility: OPM has swung from 14.83% to 29.63% across the data, with recent quarters at 14.83% and 20.55%, signalling earnings unpredictability — verify cost drivers and production capacity constraints. - High promoter concentration (64.09%) paired with minimal institutional participation (FII 0.13%, DII 0.04%) reduces external scrutiny and governance diversity — verify board independence and policy on related-party transactions. - Stock price volatility: 52-week range ₹262.85–₹560.6 (more than 2× from low to high) may indicate thin liquidity and sentiment-driven moves — check average daily volumes and bid-ask spreads. - Quarterly profit volatility despite steady revenue (₹87–121 Cr over recent periods): profit swung from ₹9.53 Cr to ₹16.31 Cr — verify whether this is seasonal, one-time items, or structural margin compression.

Growth drivers

OPM recovered to 20.55% in Jun 2026 from Dec 2019–Mar 2021 lows (18–19%), suggesting operational improvements can persist if conditions hold. - ROE of 23.59% indicates efficient capital deployment; if reinvested earnings growth continues at this rate, EPS could expand faster than revenue. - D/E ratio of 0.26 provides headroom for debt-funded organic capex or acquisitions — verify management's capital allocation priorities. - Regular annual dividends across four fiscal years (2022–2026) signal consistent cash generation; if profitability improves, dividend per share could grow and attract income-focused investors.

Bulk deals are a client trading over 0.5% of the equity in a session, aggregated across their trades; block deals are single negotiated trades in the exchange’s block window. Each is reported by the exchange it was crossed on, so NSE and BSE rows are separate trades rather than the same trade twice.
