Extreme earnings volatility with operating margins swinging from 41.08% (Mar 2026) to −33.11% (Sep 2025) within six months, including consecutive quarterly losses of ₹2.51 Cr and ₹2.41 Cr in Sep and Dec 2025—questions core business stability.

Profitability under sustained pressure: Jun 2026 consolidated OPM of 6.45% and net profit of ₹0.63 Cr trails Mar 2026 (₹5.4 Cr, 21.7% OPM), suggesting margins remain compressed after the loss cycle.

Valuation leaves no room for error: PE of 91.54 combined with ROE of 0.62% means any earnings disappointment will likely trigger further stock decline (already −37% YTD).

Minimal institutional support: FII 0.01%, DII 0%, 80.31% public shareholding indicates retail-heavy ownership and likely limited analyst coverage or institutional credibility.

Mar 2026 consolidated revenue of ₹26.77 Cr with net profit of ₹5.4 Cr and 21.7% OPM demonstrates the business can achieve strong returns; scaling or sustaining this level would drive growth.

Recovery to positive net profit in Jun 2026 (₹0.63–0.68 Cr) after two-quarter loss cycle; if this stabilizes, quarterly profitability can rebuild year-over-year growth.
