Key insights

Company research notes and source-linked reviews

Key risks

Revenue highly volatile, ranging from ₹4.82 Cr (Dec 2024) to ₹23.52 Cr (Mar 2024) within 16 months, indicating severe project dependency and operational instability
Operating margins extremely inconsistent: -87.65% (Dec 2023) to +25.14% (Mar 2025), reflecting execution or project mix risks; overall negative ROE of -8.1% suggests underlying profitability challenges
Zero promoter shareholding (0%) versus 87.18% public ownership is highly unusual and may signal founder/insider lack of confidence
High debt-to-equity (1.17) combined with revenue volatility and no earnings predictability limits financial flexibility to weather downturns

Growth drivers

Recent margin recovery (25.14% OPM in Mar 2025 vs -87.65% in Dec 2023) suggests operational improvements are possible; verify if this reflects lasting capability or project-specific performance
Historical strong quarters (Mar 2024: ₹23.52 Cr revenue, 19.3% OPM, ₹4.67 Cr profit) demonstrate meaningful earning power at scale; verify what factors enabled those results and if repeatable
Verify if industrial sector capex spending is strengthening, which could stabilize the company's volatile revenue (current range ₹4.82–₹23.52 Cr per quarter) and drive consulting demand
