1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using mywealthgrid (“the Service”) you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

2. The Service

mywealthgrid is a research and portfolio workbench for Indian equities — screening, watchlists, notes, alerts and investment tracking. Data and scores are provided for education and research only.

3. Not investment advice

Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. We are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst. Do your own research; you are solely responsible for your decisions.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Service — no scraping at scale, reverse engineering, disrupting others, uploading unlawful content, or circumventing security or rate limits.

6. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the interval you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice.

7. Intellectual property

The Service and its content (excluding your data and third-party market data) are owned by us. You retain rights to content you create; you grant us the licence needed to operate the Service.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for investment losses arising from use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at your registered place of business, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
