Billing questions

How does the 14-day Pro trial work?

Every new workspace can start a 14-day Pro trial without a card. You get the full Pro feature set — premium metrics, CSV export, scheduled screeners, email alerts. When it ends, the workspace moves to the Free plan automatically; nothing is deleted.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly?

Yes, any time from billing settings. Moving to yearly applies immediately with the unused portion of your month credited; moving back to monthly takes effect when the yearly period ends. Current yearly prices are shown above.

What happens when I hit a plan limit?

Nothing breaks. Everything you have already saved keeps working and alerts keep firing — you just cannot create new items past the limit until you archive something or upgrade. We show the count plainly before you hit it.

Do you provide GST invoices?

Yes. Every payment generates a GST invoice, and you can add your GSTIN in workspace billing settings so it appears on each one. Listed prices exclude GST.

How do I cancel?
