Company research notes and source-linked reviews

Key risks

Net profit swung from −₹0.77 Cr (Dec 2020) to +₹1.48 Cr (Mar 2021) within three consecutive quarters—extreme volatility makes earnings trajectory unpredictable

OPM ranged 7.7% (Sep 2019) to 70.32% (Mar 2021) across quarters, indicating operational instability; researcher should verify root causes (project mix, execution risk, pricing)

PE of 687.28 is unsustainably high, suggesting near-zero current earnings despite ₹36.01 stock price—typical of distressed or heavily reset valuations; verify FY2026 results

Tiny revenue base (₹1–3 Cr quarterly) with zero FII/DII holdings and 75% promoter concentration creates business concentration and governance transparency concerns

Growth drivers

Mar 2021 net profit of ₹1.48 Cr and 70.32% OPM demonstrated operational recovery capability—verify if recent FY2026 results sustain this profitability

Current OPM of 35.52% stands mid-range vs. historical 7.7%–70.3% swings; if margins stabilize with revenue growth, earnings expansion potential exists

31.86% 1y stock return signals market is repricing the company; researcher should verify if driven by new orders, contract wins, or operational stabilization

Heavy electrical equipment serves infrastructure and power sectors with cyclical demand patterns—researcher should verify current capex spending trends and company's project pipeline

Bulk deals are a client trading over 0.5% of the equity in a session, aggregated across their trades; block deals are single negotiated trades in the exchange’s block window. Each is reported by the exchange it was crossed on, so NSE and BSE rows are separate trades rather than the same trade twice.
