Key insights

Company research notes and source-linked reviews

Key risks

Valuation multiple elevated relative to return profile: PE 28.48 against ROE of 8.91% suggests limited margin of safety if growth stalls or multiples compress
Operating margins thin at 8.62% average and volatile, declining to 7.84% in Dec 2025; cost inflation (raw materials, labour) threatens profitability — verify gross margin trends and commodity exposure
Debt-to-equity of 0.62 is moderate but constraining given thin margins; verify leverage capacity if capex or working-capital needs rise
Stock rallied 132% in one year within 52-week range ₹585–₹1,709 — verify whether rally is demand-driven or momentum-driven, and sustainability of current pricing

Growth drivers

Sequential revenue growth: Jun 2026 at ₹945 Cr is 16% higher than Sep 2025's ₹814 Cr, signalling demand recovery or market-share gains — verify if trend sustained and driven by infrastructure, renewables, or other segments
Operating margin recovery: OPM improved to 9.68% in Jun 2026 from 7.84% in Dec 2025, suggesting better cost management or stable pricing — verify if raw-material costs have stabilised and whether 9%+ margins can hold
Recurring dividend payouts (most recent Jul 2026) indicate cash generation; verify whether capital allocation favours growth capex or shareholder returns
