Key insights

Company research notes and source-linked reviews

Key risks

Revenue and profitability are chronically unstable: quarterly revenue ranges ₹0.25–₹3.25 Cr, and losses outnumber profits (7 of 8 quarters from Jun 2019–Mar 2021). Last profitable quarter is 5+ years old.

Operating margins collapsed in 2019–20 (–117% OPM in Jun 2019, –57% in Sep 2019) and remain razor-thin at 5.07% now, leaving zero cushion against cost inflation or demand shocks.

Zero institutional participation (FII 0%, DII 0%) combined with 46.9% 1-year stock decline signals either structural issues or acute illiquidity that amplifies price risk.

Verify: channel concentration, product-market fit, working-capital and inventory management, and whether cash generation is positive.

Growth drivers

Stabilise and scale quarterly revenue to Mar 2021 peak (₹3.25 Cr) or beyond through production consistency and distribution reach.

Operating margin recovery: Mar 2021 posted 6.46% OPM vs. current 5.07%—verify whether that is repeatable with improved product mix or fixed-cost leverage.

Verify: new product launches, e-commerce or modern-retail channel entry, and any shift toward non-discretionary categories more resilient to cycles.

Bulk deals are a client trading over 0.5% of the equity in a session, aggregated across their trades; block deals are single negotiated trades in the exchange’s block window. Each is reported by the exchange it was crossed on, so NSE and BSE rows are separate trades rather than the same trade twice.
