Key risks

Losses in 7 of 8 recent quarters despite 19.99% OPM—high fixed/below-operating costs (interest, depreciation, admin) overwhelming operating profit; verify magnitude of cost burden

Negative ROE −6.21% erodes shareholder capital; verify deterioration pace and equity-base sustainability given continued losses

Debt-to-equity 2.43 creates high interest burden on negative earnings; verify debt maturity schedule and refinancing capacity in next 12–24 months

Stock down 32.37% (1y), 63% from ₹276.85 peak—market lost confidence during loss cycle; verify if fundamentals stabilized post-Mar 2021

Bulk deals are a client trading over 0.5% of the equity in a session, aggregated across their trades; block deals are single negotiated trades in the exchange’s block window. Each is reported by the exchange it was crossed on, so NSE and BSE rows are separate trades rather than the same trade twice.
