Key insights

Company research notes and source-linked reviews

Key risks

PE ratio of 69.01 is substantially elevated; verify whether profit growth or investment-return assumptions justify this valuation or assess revaluation risk if investor expectations unwind
Quarterly revenue swings dramatically from ₹5,657 Cr (Mar 2026) to ₹46,091 Cr (Jun 2026); clarify whether this reflects seasonality, policy-booking patterns, or operational instability
One-year return of -3.55% indicates underperformance despite market presence; determine whether valuation compression or earnings disappointment is driving it
Public shareholding is only 4.07%; confirm execution liquidity before assuming easy trading at quoted prices

Growth drivers

Bancassurance model via SBI's national distribution provides foundation; verify net-premium growth rates and cross-sell penetration
Jun 2026 shows 19% YoY revenue growth (₹46,091 Cr vs ₹38,696 Cr in Jun 2025) and 22% net-profit growth; confirm whether momentum sustains beyond this quarter
ROE of 13.77% indicates positive returns on capital; track whether earnings growth outpaces capital-base expansion to drive per-share value
Institutional holdings of 40.61% (FII 20.95% + DII 19.66%) signal potential confidence in medium-term earnings; assess flow trends to gauge conviction
