Key insights

Company research notes and source-linked reviews

Key risks

Extreme valuation: PE of 76.53 leaves minimal room for disappointment, given quarterly earnings volatility (net profit ranged ₹6–18 Cr)
Margin cliff: OPM collapsed to -0.36% in Mar 2026 from +14.7% in Jun 2025; verify whether this reflects structural pressure or temporary demand weakness
Cyclical exposure: explosives demand depends on mining and construction cycles; verify current order book and if demand is project-specific or diversified
Regulatory risk: explosives industry faces strict compliance and safety standards; track exposure to recent or proposed regulatory tightening

Growth drivers

Latest revenue ₹89.21 Cr (Mar 2026) sits mid-range of ₹75–142 Cr; verify whether current run-rate is stabilizing or reflects ongoing softness
ROE of 17.09% demonstrates operational efficiency; if sustained, supports earnings growth without additional capital
Debt minimal (D/E 0.11) provides financial flexibility for capex or acquisition-led growth
50% 1y stock return suggests positive sentiment; verify whether fundamentals (capacity additions, end-market demand) are improving to justify valuation
