Key insights

Company research notes and source-linked reviews

Key risks

Operating margin compression from 23.78% (Mar 2021) to 13.64% (current) indicates persistent cost or pricing pressures. Verify root causes and whether management has a turnaround plan.
Elevated valuation at PE 44.36 against ROE of 10.9% is demanding. Verify what earnings growth or margin recovery the market is pricing in.
Revenue volatility swung from ₹15.41 Cr (Jun 2020) to ₹37.22 Cr (Mar 2021) in recent quarters. Verify whether this reflects project-based cyclicality, customer concentration, or broader demand fluctuations.
Weak capital efficiency: ROE of 10.9% is modest. Verify whether recent quarters show improving returns or if valuation rests on outdated projections.

Growth drivers

Margin recovery potential: Operating margins reached 26.88% (Mar 2020) and 23.78% (Mar 2021). If the company restores 20%+ OPM from current 13.64%, earnings expand without revenue growth.
Strong balance sheet: Debt-to-equity of 0.08 is exceptionally low. Verify whether management plans to deploy this financial capacity for growth investments or strategic acquisitions.
Electrical equipment sector exposure: Verify company's addressable end-markets and exposure to growing applications in renewable energy, industrial automation, or EV components.
Stable cash generation: Regular dividend payouts since 2022 indicate reliable cash flows. Verify whether cash generation can sustain both dividends and organic growth investment.

Bulk deals are a client trading over 0.5% of the equity in a session, aggregated across their trades; block deals are single negotiated trades in the exchange’s block window. Each is reported by the exchange it was crossed on, so NSE and BSE rows are separate trades rather than the same trade twice.
