Key insights

Company research notes and source-linked reviews

Key risks

Extreme earnings volatility: net profit has alternated between losses (₹-7.61 Cr in Mar 2026, ₹-7.49 Cr in Dec 2024) and gains (₹13.49 Cr in Mar 2024), complicating planning and valuation.
Operating margin instability: OPM ranges from -32.21% to +50.32% across recent quarters, indicating operational or demand unpredictability in core mining operations.
Commodities exposure: industrial minerals are cyclical; verify whether current macro environment (demand slowdown, oversupply, competition) poses margin and volume risk.
Valuation multiples unavailable: PE and ROE are n/a, likely reflecting earnings instability, limiting traditional equity analysis approaches.

Growth drivers

Revenue recovery: Mar 2024 demonstrated ₹33.98 Cr quarterly revenue; replicating that represents 30%+ growth from recent levels.
Margin expansion: Dec 2025 (50.32% OPM) and Sep 2025 (28.65% OPM) show strong profit potential if operational cycles stabilize.
Capacity scaling: 2.4x quarterly revenue range (₹13.87–₹33.98 Cr) indicates idle production capacity; verify if deployment in recovery could unlock higher throughput.

Bulk deals are a client trading over 0.5% of the equity in a session, aggregated across their trades; block deals are single negotiated trades in the exchange’s block window. Each is reported by the exchange it was crossed on, so NSE and BSE rows are separate trades rather than the same trade twice.
