Key risks

Profitability swings sharply: OPM ranged 2.1%–10.94% last four quarters; Dec 2025 and Mar 2026 posted losses. Underlying operational volatility, not one-time event, unclear.

PE 315.31 prices steep recovery. Current valuation assumes losses reverse, but marginal ROE of 0.82% suggests capital is not deploying efficiently even in profitable quarters. Verify whether Jun 2026 margin recovery is sustainable or seasonal.

D/E 0.44 is moderate, but debt servicing risk rises if margins compress again. Low profitability gives little buffer.

Institutional interest negligible (FII 0.09%, DII 1.32%) and stock fell 46.22% YoY despite hitting ₹298.45. Verify what triggered the crash and whether trend reverses.

Growth drivers

Jun 2026 returned ₹23.57 Cr net profit and 10.94% OPM after consecutive quarterly losses; recovery hinges on whether ops stabilize and margins hold at higher levels.

Sep 2025 and Jun 2026 revenues (₹446–456 Cr and ₹382–383 Cr respectively) show capacity to scale production. Verify whether demand is growing or volatility is just seasonal.

Thin margins (6.49% average OPM) mean even modest volume gains or fixed-cost absorption could expand profit significantly if revenue grows without regression into loss quarters.

Bulk deals are a client trading over 0.5% of the equity in a session, aggregated across their trades; block deals are single negotiated trades in the exchange’s block window. Each is reported by the exchange it was crossed on, so NSE and BSE rows are separate trades rather than the same trade twice.
