Key insights

Company research notes and source-linked reviews

Key risks

Asset-quality shock in Mar 2025 (₹401.15 Cr loss, OPM -52.25%) reflects severe credit events; recovery incomplete with net profit ₹6.18 Cr (Jun 2025) before rebound — verify cause, current NPA ratios, and stress normalization

High leverage (D/E 3.34) amplifies sensitivity to rate movements and funding stress — verify debt maturity structure, borrower stress indicators, and refinancing risk

Microfinance borrowers are economically sensitive; state-level rate caps and regulatory tightening on lending could compress margins — verify regulatory outlook and geographic concentration

ROE of 6.21% despite OPM of 47.07% suggests capital efficiency drag, possibly from lingering impairments — verify provision-coverage ratios and asset-turnover trends

Bulk deals are a client trading over 0.5% of the equity in a session, aggregated across their trades; block deals are single negotiated trades in the exchange’s block window. Each is reported by the exchange it was crossed on, so NSE and BSE rows are separate trades rather than the same trade twice.
