Key insights

Company research notes and source-linked reviews

Key risks

Negative ROE of −2.77% indicates the company is destroying shareholder value
Severe earnings volatility: net profit swings from ₹18.03 Cr (Jun 2026) to −₹25.65 Cr (Mar 2026) quarter-to-quarter, making performance unpredictable
Stock returned −11% over one year despite 57.4% promoter backing; verify portfolio exposures and what is driving persistent underperformance
No dividends paid since 2015 despite consistent historical payouts (2012–2015); verify whether capital retention is strategic or reflects inability to sustain profits

Generated analysis · source review pending

Growth drivers

High operating margins of 77–93% OPM in profitable quarters (Jun 2026: 92.73%) show the company can generate strong returns when investment conditions are favorable
Zero debt (D/E = 0) provides financial flexibility to deploy capital without leverage constraints
Recent earnings recovery from −₹25.65 Cr loss (Mar 2026) to ₹18.03 Cr profit (Jun 2026) suggests improving conditions; verify whether this is cyclical or sustainable
