Key insights

Company research notes and source-linked reviews

Key risks

Consolidated net losses of ₹50–74 Cr per quarter despite standalone profitability (e.g., Jun 2026: standalone ₹4.92 Cr profit vs consolidated ₹73.57 Cr loss) indicate severe and structural drag from subsidiaries.
Company-level negative ROE of -43.34% and consolidated operating margin of -8.97% reflect persistent unprofitability; verify whether subsidiary losses are cyclical or permanent impairments.
Consolidated operating margin volatility ranging from -11.68% to +0.07% creates earnings unpredictability; verify cash generation and liquidity.
Minimal institutional shareholding (0.51% FII + DII combined) suggests limited institutional confidence; verify whether this signals material risks.

Growth drivers

Standalone operations generated ₹4.92 Cr net profit with 8.82% OPM in Jun 2026; growth could come from scaling ₹230–280 Cr quarterly revenue base while maintaining this margin profile.
Consolidated quarterly operating losses of up to ₹73.57 Cr (Jun 2026) are primarily a subsidiary drag; margin recovery in consolidated operations could unlock significant profitability without revenue growth.
₹280–390 Cr quarterly consolidated revenue in heavy electrical equipment indicates sector exposure; verify order pipeline, capex-cycle participation, and contract backlog to assess growth potential.

Bulk deals are a client trading over 0.5% of the equity in a session, aggregated across their trades; block deals are single negotiated trades in the exchange’s block window. Each is reported by the exchange it was crossed on, so NSE and BSE rows are separate trades rather than the same trade twice.
