Key insights

Company research notes and source-linked reviews

Key risks

Thin operating margin of 6.11% leaves minimal buffer for cost inflation or competitive pressure; a 1% margin decline erodes ~16% of net profit at current volumes
Quarterly net profit swings 3.1× (₹2.63–₹8.28 Cr) despite stable OPM, pointing to lumpy revenue or working capital volatility
Moderate ROE of 10.74% raises questions about capital efficiency and reinvestment opportunity scarcity
Copper and raw material cost cycles directly impact profitability; verify hedging mechanisms and customer pass-through terms

Growth drivers

Net profit reached ₹8.28 Cr in Mar 2026, highest in recent quarters; identify whether volume growth or pricing power drove this improvement
Operating margin consistency at 6.1% across quarters means profit tracks revenue growth proportionally; verify demand visibility and capacity scaling constraints
1y stock return of 21.88% against 52w price range ₹129–244 reflects market repricing; assess whether backed by order book visibility or sector cycle recovery
