Key insights

Company research notes and source-linked reviews

Key risks

Revenue declined 28% from ₹162 Cr (Jun 2019) to ₹116 Cr (Mar 2021); verify if recent quarters show sustained recovery
Loss of ₹122 Cr in Mar 2021 despite positive OPM 18.11% indicates major one-time charges; verify nature and likelihood of recurrence
Operating margin volatile (5.36%–23.4% across history); verify drivers—commodity prices, product mix, or operational issues
Steel sector exposed to commodity cycles and raw material costs; verify hedging, pricing power, and downside scenario

Generated analysis · source review pending

Growth drivers

OPM at 23.4% is highest in available data (historical range 9.45%–23.4%); verify if driven by price, cost control, or mix, and if sustainable
D/E 0.19 low debt ratio provides capacity for capex or M&A-led growth if pursued
Profit volatility (₹1.51–₹8.03 Cr pre-2021 range) requires stabilization evidence; recent results (2026-08-14) should be verified for trend
Iron & steel sector capex cycles in infrastructure and auto could expand order intake if company's positioning captures demand; verify order book and competitive share

Bulk deals are a client trading over 0.5% of the equity in a session, aggregated across their trades; block deals are single negotiated trades in the exchange’s block window. Each is reported by the exchange it was crossed on, so NSE and BSE rows are separate trades rather than the same trade twice.
