Key risks

Revenue decline: Mar 2026 at ₹141.5 Cr is 18% below Mar 2025; Jun 2026 at ₹130.4 Cr is 8% below Jun 2025 — verify if cyclical softness or structural demand loss

Margin compression: OPM fell from 23.35% (Sep 2025) to 19.58% (Jun 2026) while volumes also declined — verify if input costs, product mix, or competitive pricing is eroding margins

Profitability deterioration: EPS ₹1.79 (Jun 2026) is 21% below Jun 2025 ₹2.28 — verify leading indicators for the construction and industrial capex cycles that drive demand

Cyclical business model: wire-rope demand is tied to construction, mining, and industrial capex cycles — verify which end-markets and geographies represent largest exposure and current cycle position

Growth drivers

Low leverage (D/E 0.18) provides financial flexibility for growth capex or acquisitions

Operating margins at 21.38% sustain reinvestment capacity despite revenue moderation

Cyclical revenue exposure (₹130–172 Cr quarterly range) suggests industrial capex sensitivity; capex recovery would restore utilization — verify construction and capex spending trends

Modest market cap (₹1,290 Cr) may support consolidation or scale gains in the industrial sector
