Key risks

OPM swung ±19 percentage points (19.62% Jun 2026 to -23.22% Mar 2026) in 12 months; ROE 1.16% despite D/E 0.56 signals poor capital efficiency. Verify if Dec–Mar losses reflect seasonal ag cycles or structural operational failure.
Stock fell 43.86% YoY, 52w range ₹12.3–₹30.25. Market pricing in something. Clarify whether underlying issue is demand, competition, or margin collapse.
Agrochemical sector faces regulatory tightening (pesticide bans, environmental rules), raw-material cost volatility, and agricultural-cycle seasonality. Verify company exposure and hedging.

Growth drivers

Jun 2026 and Sep 2025 show ₹40+ Cr net profit, 15–19% OPM. Sustaining high-margin quarters scales EPS from current ₹0.5–1.15 range significantly.
Revenue ranges ₹100–516 Cr quarterly, reflecting ag seasonality. Verify management strategies (contract farming, product mix, geography) to smooth demand swings.
D/E 0.56 leaves capex capacity. Verify capex plans and expected ROI to assess potential margin expansion and capital-efficiency gains.

Bulk deals are a client trading over 0.5% of the equity in a session, aggregated across their trades; block deals are single negotiated trades in the exchange’s block window. Each is reported by the exchange it was crossed on, so NSE and BSE rows are separate trades rather than the same trade twice.
