Key insights

Company research notes and source-linked reviews

Key risks

Profitability is highly volatile: -₹0.06 Cr net loss (Jun 2023) to ₹0.11 Cr profit (Dec 2024) to ₹0.01 Cr (Mar 2025)
Operating margins compressed from 2.75% (Dec 2024) to -4.79% (Mar 2025); at such thin margins, cost overruns eliminate profit
Zero institutional ownership (FII 0%, DII 0%) with 71.15% promoter concentration indicates limited visibility and potential liquidity constraints
Stock returned 3,548% (₹1.73–₹62.45 in 52 weeks); verify if recent bonus (Apr 2026) or penny-stock dynamics inflated valuation rather than operational improvement

Growth drivers

Profitability recovered from -₹0.06 Cr loss (Jun 2023) to ₹0.11 Cr (Dec 2024); small quarterly revenue (~₹5.1 Cr) means modest absolute growth compounds significantly
Sustained profitable quarters (₹0.10–0.11 Cr Mar 2024–Dec 2024) after prior losses; verify if underlying turnaround is sustainable given latest quarter's -4.79% OPM
Jewelry distribution in India: verify if rising incomes, e-commerce expansion, or retail consolidation create opportunities for established distributors

Bulk deals are a client trading over 0.5% of the equity in a session, aggregated across their trades; block deals are single negotiated trades in the exchange’s block window. Each is reported by the exchange it was crossed on, so NSE and BSE rows are separate trades rather than the same trade twice.
