Key insights

Company research notes and source-linked reviews

Key risks

Mar quarters are structurally unprofitable (Mar 2025: -₹23.79 Cr on ₹16.58 Cr revenue; Mar 2026: -₹22.05 Cr on ₹8.77 Cr revenue); verify operational drivers and sustainability
Extreme margin volatility (-278% to +40% OPM) reflects severe seasonal swings in costs or demand; understand cost structure and whether anomalies represent true business or accounting artifacts
Low ROE of 4.36% signals poor capital returns; verify if typical for commodity tea/coffee producers or a company-specific gap
Negative 1-year return (-17.28%) paired with minimal institutional ownership (FII 0%, DII 2.66%) suggests market skepticism on valuation or fundamentals; assess which constraint binds

Growth drivers

Sep quarter delivers ₹27–28 Cr net profit (40%+ OPM) in both 2024 and 2025; verify if demand-driven and whether capacity or supply constraints cap full-year profitability
Jun 2026 margin recovered to 17.86% OPM from negative prior year; identify what drove improvement and track sustainability
Consistent annual dividends since 2021 despite quarterly volatility show cash generation in peak seasons; verify if future capex or growth can be funded alongside returns
Verify tea/coffee consumption trends in India (volumes, pricing, category penetration) and whether company scale or positioning enables category-growth participation versus commodity cycles

Bulk deals are a client trading over 0.5% of the equity in a session, aggregated across their trades; block deals are single negotiated trades in the exchange’s block window. Each is reported by the exchange it was crossed on, so NSE and BSE rows are separate trades rather than the same trade twice.
