Company research notes and source-linked reviews

Key risks

Profit volatility: Net profit ranged ₹0.7–3.45 Cr across recent quarters; OPM swung 2.23%–9.2%. Verify whether this reflects customer concentration or structural margin pressure.
Very low ROE: 3.47% return on capital indicates severe underutilization; with D/E 0.55, debt service pressure is elevated relative to thin margins.
No institutional backing: 0% FII/DII ownership; stock returned −32.32% YoY trading near ₹10.77 low, suggesting limited investor conviction.
Valuation stretched: PE 19.6 appears rich for 3.47% ROE and volatile earnings; verify downside risk if margins or volumes contract.

Growth drivers

Jun 2026 revenue of ₹75.58 Cr grew 9.6% vs Jun 2025 (₹69.1 Cr); sustaining volume growth would expand earnings if margins hold.
Dec 2025 OPM of 9.2% vs current 5.49% average shows profit potential; restoring peak-quarter operating performance would significantly lift earnings.
ROE of 3.47% is critically low; improved asset turns or service mix could generate earnings growth without additional capital.
