Key insights

Company research notes and source-linked reviews

Key risks

Valuation: PE 110.59 is elevated; verify if recent earnings justify this multiple or represent overpricing

Margin compression risk: OPM 8.14% current, historical 7-10% range (2019-2021) leaves limited protection against input-cost shocks or volume decline

Leverage buffer: D/E 1.17 combined with thin OPM means a cash-flow shock could constrain operations quickly

Institutional absence: FII/DII both 0%; verify if this reflects analyst coverage gaps or structural liquidity concerns

Generated analysis · source review pending

Growth drivers

Cash generation: annual dividends (2023-2026) indicate capital retained for reinvestment; verify if net profit has expanded since ₹1.06 Cr (Mar 2021) to fuel growth

Capital deployment: ROE 19.12% shows efficient profit conversion; verify if this reflects margin expansion or cost discipline alone

Cyclical sector: industrial plastics typically track manufacturing and construction cycles in India; verify NATPLASTI's end-market exposure and near-term order visibility

Recovery dynamics: revenue surged from ₹5.8 Cr (Jun 2020, pandemic low) to ₹32.35 Cr (Mar 2021); verify if growth has continued post-2021 and what sustainability looks like
