Key insights

Company research notes and source-linked reviews

Key risks

Consolidated margins collapsed to 2.99% OPM in Dec 2025 from ~5% prior quarter. Verify root cause and trajectory—thin consolidated base makes margin swings material to earnings.

ROE only 8.49% despite PE 12.29—capital efficiency weak. Verify what standalone vs consolidated ROE separately show and whether the subsidiary drag is temporary or structural.

Institutional ownership near-zero (FII 0.06%, DII 0.02%). Analyst coverage likely sparse; verify depth of research and consensus on fundamentals.

Stock returned -6.03% over 1 year; verify whether underperformance reflects sector headwinds, company-specific issues, or valuation mean reversion.

Growth drivers

Standalone margins expanded to 9.22% OPM in Mar 2026 from 7.42% prior quarter—verify if operating leverage from scale or pricing held, and whether this can sustain through consolidated structure.

Low debt (D/E 0.21) leaves debt-raising capacity; verify capex plans and management's intent to fund growth vs return cash.

Regular dividend declarations (four events since Jul 2023) signal cash generation; verify payout ratio and whether dividends reflect surplus or constrain reinvestment.

Bulk deals are a client trading over 0.5% of the equity in a session, aggregated across their trades; block deals are single negotiated trades in the exchange’s block window. Each is reported by the exchange it was crossed on, so NSE and BSE rows are separate trades rather than the same trade twice.
